You must be at least 18 years old to use Fummble.

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract and not prohibited from using the service under applicable law.

Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

One person per account. Do not create accounts to evade enforcement.

Follow Community Guidelines. Do not abuse, scrape, or harm other users.

Do not reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law. Do not use Fummble to advertise unrelated businesses without permission. No harassment, hate, scams, or non-consensual sexual content.

You retain rights to content you post. You grant Fummble a license to host and display it as needed to operate the service.

You represent that you have the rights to the photos and text you upload.

Fummble provides tools to report, block, and unmatch. Dating involves real-world risk — use Safety guidance, meet in public, and contact local authorities in emergencies.

We are not a substitute for emergency services.

Optional features purchased through Apple are subject to App Store terms. Billing and refunds for Apple-mediated purchases follow Apple’s policies.

Fummble provides a platform for connection; we do not guarantee matches or relationships.

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

You may stop using Fummble anytime and may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or guidelines.

Provisions that should survive termination (including disclaimers) will survive.
